We all know that with the recent reforms to the telecommunications law important changes are coming, changes for the benefit of all of us as consumers, Telcel is aware of this and in the coming days we will see the launch of services and new policies in the marketing of equipment.
Today we learned that on Monday April 21 Telcel will launch a new service called «Adelanta Saldo» with which we will be able to «borrow» balance from Telcel in case we need to make a call, send a message or even surf the Internet.
This SMS will arrive automatically when we have less than 5 pesos of balance in the line, after that we will be able to choose between 5 or 10 pesos of balance in advance, which will be discounted from the next recharge plus the cost of the service, if we request 5 pesos we will be charged an additional 1 peso and 2 pesos if we request 10 pesos in advance.
To request the service we only need to answer the message and send it to dial 2323 (Toll Free) with the amount we want to be charged (5 or 10 pesos). This balance will be valid for 7 days and of course we will not be able to request a second Advance Balance until we have paid the first one.
